1. Scope and contact This policy is provided by HUOLAI’s operator, 杭州创远界科技有限公司, and applies to confirmed product shipments. For shipping questions, email ylz192325@163.com with your order number. Supply, shipping charges and timing are confirmed individually. A successful submission does not mean goods have been dispatched. 2. Destinations and product restrictions Deliverability depends on the product, destination, carrier capability and import/export rules. Entering a country or region does not mean every product can be delivered there. Before quote acceptance, we check available routes and conditions, explain any inability to ship and do not require payment for delivery we cannot perform. Food, liquids, powders, batteries and other restricted categories may require permits, labelling, inspection or special transport. Requirements, responsibility for documents and costs must be clarified before order confirmation. We do not arrange false declarations, undervaluation or shipment of prohibited goods. 3. Shipping, taxes and other charges Shipping charges depend on quantity, weight or volume, packing, destination and transport method. A product subtotal does not imply free shipping. The quote states goods, shipping and known charges. Insurance, remote-area, oversize, storage or clearance-service charges must be explained, including the calculation and responsible party, and agreed. For cross-border orders, the accepted quote must clarify whether duties, import taxes and destination charges are included and who handles declarations, payment and import procedures. Ask before paying if an item is unclear. Additional lawful customs assessments will be explained with supporting details; we will not add unagreed platform fees. Unexpected charges will be discussed and addressed under applicable law. 4. Preparation, dispatch and transit Preparation or purchasing starts as agreed after payment verification and confirmation of necessary specifications and documents. Stock, pre-order, custom and consolidated purchases have different lead times. The quote explains expected dispatch arrangements. There is no single dispatch period for all products, and catalogue display is not a delivery-time promise. Estimated arrival includes preparation and transit after dispatch. Holidays, weather, flights or capacity, inspections and missing recipient documents may affect transit. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date; an expressly agreed delivery deadline remains subject to that agreement and law. We will contact you about material delays and available options. 5. Delivery details and changes Check the recipient, reachable phone number, country or region, locality, street address and required postal code. Avoid addresses unable to receive the shipment. To request a change, promptly email the order number and new address. We will check changes before handover; changes after handover depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Address-change, redelivery or return costs depend on the cause, actual cost, agreement and applicable law; they are not automatically charged to the recipient. We will coordinate resolution and bear our legal responsibilities for errors by us or our fulfilment providers. 6. Packing, split shipments and tracking Packing is arranged according to product needs and the agreement. Special protection, temperature control or insurance needs should be confirmed during quotation. Split shipments or dispatch from different suppliers will be explained, including costs; extra charges or material changes require agreement. Once shipment details are recorded, verify your order email in My orders to view the available carrier, tracking number and progress. Platform records and carrier updates may differ in timing. If tracking is unavailable, stagnant or abnormal, email ylz192325@163.com for investigation. 7. Customs and recipient cooperation Where import documents are needed, provide necessary information through a verified secure channel and cooperate with lawful inspection or payment requests. We will explain the documents and purpose and will not request identity documents through public comments or unknown links. Verify unusual taxes, documents or payment channels with us first. If missing documents, import restrictions, refusal or absence cause detention or return, we will investigate and discuss resolution. Actual costs and responsibility follow the confirmed arrangements and law; we do not presume that all losses fall on the buyer. 8. Receipt, problems and responsibility At receipt, check package count, outer packing and seals where practicable. For visible damage, leakage, shortage or wrong items, safely ask the carrier to note the issue and retain photographs, packaging and relevant records. An unboxing video can help but is not the only acceptable evidence. Signing does not waive rights concerning hidden defects or quality problems. For suspected loss, damage or a delivered status without receipt, contact us promptly with the facts. We will coordinate a carrier investigation and arrange replacement, reshipment, refund or another remedy as appropriate. Handover to a carrier does not automatically discharge our delivery duties. Risk follows the particular agreement and mandatory law. See Cancellations & After-sales for the request process.
