1. Scope and operator HUOLAI is operated by 杭州创远界科技有限公司 ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we process personal information when you browse products, submit orders or sourcing requests, access orders using email verification, publish community recommendations, or contact us. For privacy matters, email ylz192325@163.com. This policy applies to HUOLAI services. Third-party websites, social platforms, banks and carriers you use may have their own privacy rules. Please review them before use. Our disclosure of information to those parties remains subject to this policy and applicable law. 2. Information we collect Browsing and security: our servers process requested URLs, access times, IP addresses and necessary technical logs to deliver pages, detect unusual access and prevent abuse. You can browse public products without placing an order. Orders and fulfilment: recipient name, phone number, email, destination country or region, locality and street address, plus optional postal code, social account and purchase notes. We also retain selected products, specifications, quantities, quotes, acceptance records, payment verification, shipping and after-sales communications. Required fields support contact, quoting or fulfilment; without them we may be unable to process an order. Sourcing requests: name, email, destination, and any optional phone number, notes, product names, specifications, quantities, units, target prices and reference images you provide. Do not upload identity documents, bank details, health information or other people’s private information unrelated to your request. Email verification and public content: we process your email, verification records and session information to verify access. Community posts and comments include nicknames, titles, text and images. Published content can be seen by other visitors; do not put order numbers, addresses or contact details in public posts. Payments: the site currently has no online payment service and does not collect bank or payment passwords at checkout. Offline payment verification may require the payment time, amount, transaction reference and relevant evidence. Mask unrelated balances and transactions before providing evidence. 3. Purposes and grounds for processing We process information to respond to enquiries and sourcing requests, confirm supply, arrange and fulfil orders, send verification and order messages, manage shipping and after-sales issues, secure the service, retain necessary transaction records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing relies on contractual necessity, legal obligations, your consent or another lawful ground. Optional information is your choice; leaving it blank does not affect functions that do not require it. Permission to contact you about an order is not permission for marketing. We will separately explain marketing or new processing purposes and obtain consent where required. 4. Cookies and browser storage Necessary session cookies maintain verified access to your orders. Customer sessions normally last one hour; administrator sessions normally last eight hours. Email codes expire after ten minutes and become invalid after successful use or the allowed number of failed attempts. Local browser storage remembers language and cart choices. Session storage keeps direct-purchase choices, pending-order retry information and recent order receipts, which may contain your contact and delivery details. You can clear this data in browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences, the cart or on-screen receipts, but does not delete server-side orders. On shared devices, sign out of order access and clear site data when finished. The current site does not integrate advertising trackers or third-party behavioural analytics. If non-essential tracking is introduced, we will update this information and seek consent first where required by law. 5. Service providers, disclosure and public content For a particular request, we may provide specifications and necessary fulfilment details to suppliers, delivery and declaration details to carriers and customs-service providers, and necessary data to email and technical service providers. We limit purposes and scope and apply confidentiality and security requirements under applicable law. Sourcing does not justify indiscriminate disclosure of your full order history or contact information. If a recipient is an independent controller, we will provide the disclosures required by applicable law and obtain separate consent when necessary. We do not sell personal information. We do not publicly disclose it except when you publish it yourself, lawful authorisation applies or disclosure is legally required. Disclosures to authorities are limited to lawful requests. 6. Retention and security We retain information for the shortest period necessary for the stated purposes, taking account of legal requirements for transaction, accounting, tax and dispute records. Cancelling an order or expiring a session does not immediately delete transaction records. When legal retention periods and other lawful needs end, we will delete or anonymise the information; records that must remain will be restricted from other uses. We reduce risk through administrative access controls, session verification, rate limits, operation records and necessary backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a personal information incident occurs, we will take remedial action and notify authorities and affected individuals as required by law. Do not share verification codes or send account passwords. 7. Information in cross-border services Cross-border orders may require necessary delivery or customs details to be provided to carriers or clearance providers in the destination. Before such disclosure, we will give legally required information about recipients, purposes, data categories, processing and rights channels, and complete applicable notice, separate-consent and other legal procedures. Selecting an overseas address is not blanket consent to unrestricted international disclosure. 8. Your rights Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, completion or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, ask us to explain our processing rules, and exercise other statutory rights. Email ylz192325@163.com with the request type and the email used for your order or enquiry; include the order number if relevant. We may verify necessary identity details to prevent impersonation, but will not ask for your account password. We will handle requests and explain the outcome within the legally applicable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and may affect services dependent on that consent. If information cannot be immediately deleted because it must legally be retained or processed, we will explain why and the applicable restrictions. You may also complain to a competent regulator. 9. Children and minors This service is primarily intended for purchasers with the legal capacity to transact. Minors should use it under guardian supervision. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under fourteen. If a child submits information without guardian consent, please contact the email above so we can investigate and respond in accordance with law. 10. Updates We publish updated versions and publication dates on this page. Material changes to purposes, methods, data categories or rights will be separately notified as required, with renewed consent where necessary. Updates will not retroactively expand processing of previously collected information without a lawful basis.
